Ushers serve as Ministers of Hospitality during Mass on Saturdays, Sundays and special occasions. The ushers strive to insure the solemnity and tranquility of the liturgies. To accomplish this, their duties include:

1) Greeting and welcoming parishioners and visitors.
2) Providing assistance in seating the congregation at Mass and
     other liturgical celebrations.
3) Conducting the collections at Mass.
4) Directing the Presentation of Gifts at the Offertory.
5) Directing the congregation during Communion.
